PWW has created a GADCS lookup tool. This lookup tool will allow you to determine if your agency has been selected for Ground Ambulance Data collection and reporting and, if so, what year your agency was selected.
To use this tool, please download the file below. You will search by your agency's NPI. Once downloaded, if prompted, please click the button titled "Enable Editing" to allow you to enter your NPI in the appropriate cell.
